– Website will be active 24/7 to accept orders and all orders received will be processed on the same day.

– Some products we may have stocks readily available and those which are not in stock will be sourced from our reliable supplier network. Depending on stock availability, delivery will normally take between 7 – 21 days but there may be delays which would be beyond our control.

– For paid orders, a refund will be issued if the delivery does not happen within 60 days from the date of order.

– Cash on delivery facility will be allowed for orders less than Rs.10,000/-

–   All products will be photographed before dispatch and returns will be accepted only if there is a proven defect in the product.

– In such an instance, such a defect should be communicated to us via our hotline number within two (2) days from the receipt of goods for us to give you a solution

– If we agree to provide you with a replacement product, you need to repack the defective product and keep it ready for a return courier to collect and deliver to us. We will arrange the return collection at our cost.

– In an instance where we are unable to provide you with a replacement product due to lack of stock, we will undertake to make a full refund for the value of the defective product

– If you have received a different product to what you ordered, Please inform us immediately. After verification, we will request you to return the product you have received and upon receipt of such product we will deliver the product you ordered or arrange a refund.
